Edumacate me, please!
These have recently popped everywhere in my real existence. They’re in my work cafeteria and I’ve heard several people say how great they are, but no one has told me WHY.
So, my dear Tumblr friends, can someone please explain (in more words than “they’re awesome” or “love them” or “they make rainbows grow”) why specifically these are amazing? Is it the chocolate? Is the ice cream extra creamy? Is the shell extra thick?
Also, bonus points if you know why they’re called Magnum, which just makes me think of condoms and Tom Selleck, but not chocolate or ice cream.
I can’t reply, so I’ll reblog. It’s Belgian chocolate. (I see now it says so on the box but still…) Obviously the ice cream is really good too but it’s Belgian chocolate! (did I mention I live in Belgium?). Also the stick it’s on does not taste like cardboard (maybe that’s not a problem in the States but here all the fake Magnums have sticks that taste like cardboard).
